Gentle Introduction to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga involves breath work (pranayam) asanas (postures or exercises), music and meditation.  Each class is different from the next, but they are all designed to accomplish something in particular.  For example one week we may work on the nervous system and another week on the chakras, or emotions, or the spine.  These classes can be challenging which is why a gentle introductory class is being offered.  In this class things are kept a little more accessible for beginners.
