Gentle Intoduction to
Kundalini Yoga      as taught by Yogi Bhajan

Tuesday  6:00 - 7:30 pm    Mosaic Studio Collective, 27 Main St., Trumansburg

Kundalini yoga generally involves doing kriyas, vigorous sets of exercises designed to bring energy and health to particular energy systems within the body.   In this GENTLE INTRODUCTION TO KUNDALINI YOGA class, we will keep it easier and more gentle than in advanced classes.  We will focus on the basics: breathing techniques, stretching, peaceful exercises, meditating and relaxing.  As long as you are able to get up and down off the floor, this class is within your reach.

Register in advance and save your space at MosaicStudioCollective.com or just show up!

Gentle stretching can help us develop better balance and flexibility. Sitting in a chair or standing close to it for support, we carefully move our bodies to build and maintain mobility and strength. These are very friendly and relaxed groups, full of laughter and love.  At the end of class we feel calm and relaxed with a sense of accomplishment.
